After two unsuccessful days of shooting in L.A. and two and a half hours of walking the streets of Midtown Sacramento, undoubtedly the coolest district of a town not known for its coolness (my hometown), I was feeling a little discouraged. So needless to say, I was thrilled when Jessi and Natalie came along. It felt like a curse had been lifted. They were on their way to see Against Me! at the Ace of Spades on R St and told me I ought to head down that way if I wanted to find some "weirdoes" to shoot. I did, but none of them were as interesting, or as charming, as these two.

Sacramento Street Style: Jessi and Natalie, 14th St

Ah, that totally explains the super long line we drove past last night... Second Saturday is coming up, if you're staying awhile. Should be decent enough weather to bring people out.
ReplyDeleteI love these two awesome women!
